Power of Suggestion: Reaper has the ability to influence non-supernatural beings with simple commands that they will then feel compelled to obey. He can also use this to erase memories. Past Life Awareness: When touching the hand of a non-supernatural being, Reaper is able to see images of that individual's previous life (assuming they have been reincarnated). He is unable to control what he sees and memories are selected arbitrarily. Furthermore, if he kisses someone they will see their own past life.
Telepathy: While Reaper cannot read minds, he can project his own thoughts into another person's mind. If that person is also telepathic, he is able to carry on full conversations.
While I will always discuss before utilizing any of these powers, please comment here if you would like to opt-out of any or all ahead of time! (Bonus: if you want him to see a past life for your character, let me know what he might see!)

As for the past life I'm living my Sudaverse dreams:

On a sweltering summer's evening in 1969, a hitman and informant named Travis Bell was hired to take out the Smith Syndicate, a group of assassins led by Harman Smith. Harman got the jump on Travis and shot him in the spine, killing him, and a vague impression of Travis' soul was absorbed by Harman to serve as a spooky ghost informant.

PAST LIFE AWARENESS: Works for me! For Stiles, I like the idea you had about Reaper seeing the Nogitsune’s past life! We could stick with that, or do the Nogitsune’s last host’s life. WHATEVER WORKS. For Albel, I’d probably just say that Reaper’s past life abilities won’t work, since Albel has enough shit to deal with already without adding his past life to the top of it.
TELEPATHY: Go for it. Just a funny opportunity – Albel isn’t telepathic, but his sentient sword is. Feel free to have Reaper accidentally engage it in conversation. (Though, don’t try to wield it; it’ll try to consume Reaper’s soul.)

past life awareness: you can see xing's, because she performed the fusion dance with an unsuspecting hei when she was little and now her soul resides within his body. knowing hei he's probably on his first life (as it's unlucky for a dude who just wants to rest in peace forever), that's all he's likely to see. you know the story, but basically xing turning into a contractor at the tender age of (approx.) eight, joining the syndicate, killing a bunch of people in heaven's war in south america, lots of plots to resonate with both heaven's and hell's gate to destroy them to protect contractor lives, and the traumatizing explosion in brazil that destroys a massive part of the continent. i will provide more deets if this ever comes up at a later date.
